…the great (mostly) YUMMY 2014!!
So what was popular in 2014 on Birch Tree Baking? (popular is a relevant term since most of my traffic comes from my parents)
However, the most “popular” recipe on my blog in 2014 has been those decadent Almond Joy Coconut Macaroons!
Close runner-ups were …
1. Coconut Macaroons (plain ones)
2. French Macarons with Chocolate Ganache
I have been doing some limited orders for my mom’s coworkers over my winter break and those Lemon Squares and Nutella Cheesecake Bars are the most popular.
Goals for 2015:
1. Learn to use ginormous and terrifying camera.
2. Finis français.
3. Don’t forget class… I only missed one class the whole fall semester … the sad part: I forgot the class, the sadder part: it was the only absolutely crucial class to attend the entire semester, the saddest part: I didn’t realize I had missed it until 24 hours later… whoops…it’s okay though, I still passed!
4. Figure out if the words “bonds payable”, “premium”, “discounts”,and “par value” actually mean anything…or are cruel joke?
5. Eat more cookies.
Happy New Year and get ready for more YUMMINESS in 2015!
